Lieutenant Wolff was a senior naval officer who liaised with River Run plantation on behalf of the Navy. He was killed while snooping around the plantation in search of a hidden store of gold.
Personal History[]
Wolff had proposed marriage to Jocasta Innes soon after the death of her husband, eager to gain control of a powerful operation like River Run. She refused him, and thereafter he became even more difficult to deal with.
