Caitríona Balfe is an Irish actress and former model. The daughter of a Monaghan garda sergeant, she grew up in a family of seven in the tiny village of Tydavnet in County Monaghan, Ireland.[1] She has a BA in Drama Studies from the Rathmines Conservatory of Music and Drama D.I.T. (Dublin, Ireland), and has also trained at Warner Loughlin Studios (Los Angeles).
Caitríona Balfe's other notable roles include Mollie Miles in Ford v Ferrari (2019), where she starred alongside Matt Damon and Christian Bale, and Belfast (2021), where she starred alongside Jamie Dornan, Ciarán Hinds and Judi Dench.
Balfe is repped by Kim Callahan at Industry Entertainment, Emptage Hallett in the UK and attorney Darren Trattner.[2]
